An Eco-Friendly Composition

Our lightweight blocks are engineered for sustainability from the core. Instead of using an energy-intensive autoclave, our blocks are

formed at room temperature and then moisture-cured. This process dramatically reduces energy consumption and aligns with modern green building standards.

 

The unique composition consists of:

  • MP Cement (CF Cement): 60-80%

  • Perlite: 5-30%

  • Other Additives: 5-10%

 

This combination results in a block that is not only strong and lightweight but also fundamentally more sustainable than its predecessors.
