Short-Term Goals
Phase 1 Production Optimization: Achieve 95% CO₂ reduction through non-sintering and cold curing processes
Commercialization of CO₂ Capture Technology: Expand the use of CO₂-sequestering Zero Stone lightweight aggregates
Domestic ESG Partnerships: Collaborate with government bodies and construction firms on ESG-focused infrastructure projects
Factory Energy Efficiency: Increase renewable energy usage and optimize plant operations
Mid-Term Goals
Product Line Expansion: Build a full lineup of carbon-free construction materials, including CF Cement and White Cement
Development of Carbon-Negative Products: Launch CO₂-absorbing blocks and panels for true carbon-negative construction
Global Certifications: Acquire international environmental certifications such as LEED, ISO 14064, and more
Global Market Entry: Establish export strategies and local partnerships for expansion into Asia and North America
